transportation of people and goods or things

Transport of people:

It is forbidden to exceed the maximurn number of authorized places of a vehicle.

কোনও গাড়িতে সর্বাধিক সংখ্যক অনুমোদিত স্থান অতিক্রম করা নিষিদ্ধ।

 

The driver has to arrange the appropriate place for the passengers.

ড্রাইভারকে যাত্রীদের যথাযথ জায়গার ব্যবস্থা করতে হবে।

 

It is forbidden to drive with children under 12 years of age in the front seats of the vehicle, unless they have a device designed and approved for use by said minors.
গাড়ির সামনের সিটগুলিতে ১২ বছরের কম বয়সী বাচ্চাদের সাথে গাড়ি চালানো নিষিদ্ধ, যদি না অদের ব্যবহারের জন্য নকশাকৃত এবং অনুমোদিত কোনও ডিভাইস না থাকে।


Anyone (minors or adults) who measures less than 135 cm. It must be protected by a retention device approved for its weight and size.

যে কেউ (অপ্রাপ্ত বয়স্ক বা প্রাপ্তবয়স্ক) ১৩৫ সেন্টিমিটারের চেয়ে পরিমাপে কম। তাহলে এটি অবশ্যই তাদের ওজন এবং আকারের জন্য অনুমোদিত অনুমোদন ডিভাইস দ্বারা সুরক্ষিত করা উচিত।


Those minors who have a size equal to or greater than 135 cm. They can go in the front seat using the belts of the vehicle itself.

যেসব অপ্রাপ্ত বয়স্কদের আকার ১৩৫ সেন্টিমিটারের সমান বা তার বেশি। তারা নিজের পাড়ির বেল্ট ব্যবহার করে সামনের সিটে বসতে পারেন

 

Minors whose height is equal to or less than 1.35 m, must occupy the rear seats of the vehicle always using an approved restraint device based on their size and weight.


There are two exceptions within which minors who do not reach this height may travel in the front seat:
1. If the vehicle does not have rear seats.
2. If the rear seats were already occupied by minors with the same physical conditions and, therefore, it would be unfeasible to place all the seats that we require at that time.


When the height of minors is greater than 1.35 m, they may occupy the front seat using the adult seat belt.

It is forbidden to circulate with minors under the age of twelve as passengers on mopeds or motorcycles, with or without a sidecar, on any kind of road.

* যে কোনও ধরণের রাস্তায় সাই৬কার সহ বা ছাড়া মোপেও বা মোটরসাইকেলে যাত্রী হিসাবে বারো বছরের কম বয়সী নাবালকদের সাথে চলাচ নিষিদ্ধ।

 

Exceptionally, the circulation will be allowed from the age of seven, provided that the drivers are parents, guardians or a person of legal age authorized by them, use an approved helmet and the specific safety conditions are met.

* ব্যতিক্রমীভাবে, সাত বছর বয়স থেকে সঞ্চালনের অনুমতি রয়েছে, তবে চালকরা যদি বাবা মা. অভিভাবক বা তাদের দ্বারা অনুমোদিত আইনী বয়সী ব্যক্তি হন, অনুমোদিত হেলমেট ব্যবহার করে এবং নির্দিষ্ট সুরক্ষা শর্ত পূরণ করে।

Cycles and mopeds may not be occupied by more than one person when they have been built for one person.

*সাইকেল এবং মোপেডগুলি যখন একজন ব্যাক্তির জন্য তৈরি করা হয় তখন একাধিক ব্যক্তির দখলে থাকতে পারে না।

 

Under no circumstances should the passenger be placed between the driving person and the steering handlebars of the moped.

কোনও অবস্থাতেই যাত্রীকে ড্রাইভিং করা ব্যক্তি এবং মোপেডের স্টিয়ারিং হ্যান্ডেলবারের মধ্যবর্তী স্থানে স্থাপন করা যাবে না।

Merchandise transports

The load must be placed in such a way that it cannol:
বোঝা এমনভাবে রাখতে হবে যাতে এটি না হয়।
> Dragging, falling totally or partially, or moving dangerously. >

 টানা, পড়ে যাওয়া পুরোপুরি বা আংশিকভাবে বা বিপজ্জনকভাবে নাড়া।
> Compromising the stability of the vehicle.
গাড়ির স্থিতিশীলতা নিয়ে সমঝোতা করা।

 Produce noise, dust or other annoyances.

 শব্দ, খুলো যা অন্যান্য বিরক্তি উত্পাদন।
> Hide the driver’s lighting devices, plates or warnings. >

 ড্রাইভারের আলোর ডিভাইস, প্লেট বা সতর্কতাগুলি লুকান।

Cargo dimensions:

As a general rule, the load should not protrude from the vehicle’s plan projection. Exceptionally, when it is transported in trucks and the load is indivisible (it cannot be split, chopped…), it may stand out 

একটি সাধারণ নিয়ম হিসাবে, বোঝা গাড়ির পরিকল্পনার প্রক্ষেপণ থেকে প্রসারিত করা উচিত নয়। ব্যতিক্রমীভাবে, যখন। এটি ট্রাকের মাধ্যমে পরিবহন করা হয় এবং বোঝা অবিভাজ্য হয় (এটি বিভক্ত করা যায় না. কাটা যাবে না…). এটি বাইরে থাকতে পারে….

 

Passenger cars

Load may only extend out through the rear of the vehicle taking into account the following:

If DIVISIBLE (can be taken apart), 10% of the vehicle length. E.g. a bicycle, because the wheel can be removed.
If INDIVISIBLE (cannot be taken apart), 15% of the vehicle length. E.g. an iron beam.
In both cases, a red and white striped panel must be placed both during the day and at night, as well as a red light at night (or in environmental conditions of low visibility).

Vehicles used for the transport of goods

2 meters in front and 3 meters behind, when the truck measures more than 5 meters in length.

সামনে ২ মিটার এবং ৩ মিটার পিছনে, যখন ট্রাকটি ৫ মিটারেরও বেশি দৈর্ঘ্য হয়।


1/3 of the length of the truck, in Iront and behind, when it measures up to 5 meters in length.

The maximum dimensions including cargo are: 2.55 wide, 4 meters high and 12 meters long.

কার্গো সহ সর্বাধিক মাত্রা: 2.55 প্রশস্ত, 4 মিটার লম্বা এবং 12 মিটার দীর্ঘ।


Il the vehicle is LESS than one meter wide (motorcycles), it cannot protrude from the front, but 0.25 meters from behind

যানবাহনটি যদি এক মিটার প্রশস্ত মোটরসাইকেল) এর চেয়ে কম হয় তবে এটি সামনে থেকে প্রসারিত হতে পারে না, তবে পিছন থেকে ০.২৫ মিটার অবধি


If the vehicle is LESS than a meter wide (motorcycles), it may protrude 0.50 meters on each side of the vehicle axle.

যানবাহনটি যদি এক মিটার প্রশস্ত (মোটর সাইকেল) এর চেয়ে কম হয় তবে এটি গাড়ির ধরণের প্রতিটি পাশে ০.৫০ মিটার প্রসারিত হতে পারে

Signaling of the load:

If it sticks out in front:

যদি এটি সামনে বের হয়ে থাকে:

> During the day it is not signaled

> দিনের বেলা এটির  সংকেত পেইড হয় না।

> At night or in conditions that significantly reduce visibility, it is signaled with a white light

> রাতে বা এমন পরিস্থিতিতে যাতে দৃশ্যমানতা হ্রাস পায়, তখন এটির সংকেত দেওয়া হয় একটি সাদা আলো দিয়ে । 

 

If it sticks out from behind:

যদি এটি পিছন বের হয়ে থাকে:

> During the day it is marked with a red and white striped panel

> দিনের বেলা এটি একটি লাল এবং সাদা ডোরাকাটা প্যানেল দিয়ে চিহ্নিত করা হয়। 

> At night it is marked with a red and white striped panel together with a red light

> রাতে এটি একটি লাল আলোর পাশাপাশি একটি লাল এবং সাদা ডোরাকাটা প্যানেল দিয়ে সংকেত পেইড হয়। 

 

Loading and unloading operations

> It is forbidden to keep the merchandise on the road, shoulder and pedestrian areas (sidewalks).

> রাস্তা, আরসেন এবং পথচারীদের অঞ্চল এ (ফুটপাত)  পণ্যদ্রব্য রাখা নিষেধ।

> They will be carried out, as far as possible, on the side of the vehicle closest to the edge of the road.

> এগুলি যথাসম্ভব রাস্তার প্রান্তের নিকটতম গাড়ির পাশে বহন করা ।

 

 

Signaling of the load:

If it sticks out in front: যদি এটি সামনে বের হয়ে থাকে:
> During the day it is not signaled > দিনের বেলা এটির সংকেত দেওয়া হয় না।
At night or in conditions that significantly reduce visibility, it is signaled with a white light > রাতে বা এমন পরিস্থিতিতে যাতে দৃশ্যমানতা হ্রাস পায়, তখন এটির সংকেত দেওয়া হয় একটি সাদা আলো দিয়ে।
